Ingredients

  • Lobster meat
  • Celery (diced)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Directions

1. Split—do not chop—the lobster meat into large chunks.
2. Toss with diced celery.
3. Lightly dress with a touch of mayonnaise, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt and pepper.
