Wild Rice & Brown Rice Pilaf

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked wild rice
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds or pepitas
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • freshly ground pepper (to taste)

Directions

Combine all the ingredients blending well. Serve warm or room temperature.
