Ingredients

  • 1 - 2 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Mint (chopped)
  • 1/3 cup Red Onion (diced)
  • 1/3 cup Red Bell Pepper (thinly sliced )
  • 4 cups Green Cabbage (finely shredded )
  • 2 tablespoons Freah Basil (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Freah Cilantro (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Freah Lime Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Grapeseed Oil (or other vegetable oil)
  • -Freshly Ground Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Combine cabbage, bell pepper, red onion, salt, mint, basil and cilantro.
In a separate bowl, whisk remaining ingredient until sugar is dissolved.
Toss with the cabbage mixture and chill.
