Sweet Thai Coconut Iced Tea

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cloves
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 Sweet Coconut Thai Teabags (Celestial Seasons brand)
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar (or sweetener of choice)
  • 1 can coconut milk


Place water, orange juice, vanilla extract, cloves, cinnamon and teabags in small saucepan. Boil on high for 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Add sugar and mix with spoon. Steep for 30 minutes. Pour over ice-filled glass, filling glass about ¾ full with tea. Add coconut milk. Stir and enjoy!
